Why Iniationware and what does it actually mean?

It is pronounced Ini-ation-ware (American-English pronunciation) and it is a made-up word. It is composed of parts of our most common operations. Most of our activities contain “ini” or “ation” and we always deal with hardware or software or “ware” in the warehouse or production. Therefore, Iniationware is the perfect name for us and our company.

Who is Iniationware? We are a young company in Lohne (Oldenburg, Lower Saxony), with over 20 years of experience and applications in practice, with which we can offer the perfect innovations or everyday practical solutions for your business. We, Klaus Landsdorf and Thomas Mönnich, advise you and your team and develop individual innovations for your factory, machine and your products. This is no longer just about controllable products, because nowadays normal products are also in the focus of digitalization. We help you with standardized and digital open-source solutions. Klaus Landsdorf

Managing Partner

Klaus Landsdorf received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Digital Media (2016) and completed his Master of Science in Computer Science and Digital Media part-time in 2021. From 2004 to 2011 he worked as a software developer in research and development and later as an innovation architect in international industrial projects at “SCHULZ Systemtechnik” in Visbek. Since 2009, he has been a Development Manager in research and development. Today, his company Bianco Royal Software Innovations® works for various national and international companies and in European and international research and development projects. Mr. Landsdorf is now managing partner of Iniationware GmbH and contributor for the Asset Administration Shell, OPC UA Companion Specifications and Modbus, BACnet as well as OPC UA supporter in the open source community on Node-RED. His main interests are OPC UA, RAMI4.0, Asset Administration Shell (AAS) with ISA standards (ISO EN 62264), Edge computing devices and the Physical Web in Data Science for novel services.

Thomas Mönnich

Shareholder and CTO

Thomas Mönnich is a software developer with over 15 years of experience in industry solutions and is also a PLC programmer for WAGO controllers. From 2007 to 2016, he worked in development as a software developer and later as a software architect at “SCHULZ Systemtechnik” in Visbek on national industrial projects. Since 2016 he has been working in IoT/IIoT projects in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Mönnich has particularly extensive knowledge in the field of biogas plant control. Today he is one of two partners of Iniationware GmbH and works for various national and international companies and in European and international Digital Factory projects. His interests include embedded operating systems, system programming, containerized solutions, and Linux systems.

Carina Krück

Student for B.Sc. of Comupter Science

Focus: modern web apps for industry

Carina Krück has been studying successfully for a B.Sc. of Computer Science since October 2021 at the University of Applied Sciences Emden-Leer. She specializes in the development of modern web-apps based on WebAssemblies and containers with C# (.NET 6). The course offers other important programming languages used in the industry such as Python, JavaScript and C++. She is excited to use her creativity in a whole new way through programming and web design. The dual online course at Iniationware helps her to put the theoretical challenges of the course directly into practice. Small, real PoC industrial applications are developed for her training in a test-driven manner. Well-founded theory through practical software development in everyday work.

Joel Krec

Trainee
Software Development and IIoT

Joel Krec has started his training as an IT specialist in application development with us since September 2021, with a focus on Industrie4.0.

 

The training offers him the opportunity to gain practical experience in everyday life and to learn from real Industrie4.0 projects.

 

With Unity-3D, C# .NET6 and many modern working techniques, Joel has already got for now good experiences of how to combine gaming development, QR-Codes and Web-Technologies within the Industrie4.0 field.

 

His favorite projects currently include research with augmented reality and the robot dog EduARD (Educational Artificial Robot Device).
